TSOC has appointed Giuseppina Pucino to the team from 17 June 2009. Giuseppina was previously with Halliwell Integra and brings with her several years of share scheme administration and management experience. She will undoubtedly enhance the already excellent service TSOC has to offer.

Share Schemes in the Current Climate: April 2009
Rashree Chhatrisha hosted a lunch to discuss “share schemes in the current climate” at the Imperial City in London with clients and associates. The theme generated a good debate on underwater options and the choices that companies have. Further thoughts were generated on executive share plans, the effect of the 50% tax rate for high earners on share plans and the continued lobbying for more tax reliefs on all employee share plans. New Appointment: December 2008
TSOC are delighted to have been appointed by Aberdeen Asset Management plc to administer their December 2008 LTIP vesting.
Aberdeen Asset Management is a FTSE 250 Company with over 1,300 employees worldwide. Their global scheme includes participants in nine jurisdictions.
TSOC will manage the full vesting process from employee communications through to the settlement of stock and proceeds.
